No, you don’t. Browsing on the website doesn’t require registration. Without being logged in you can view products, photos, blogs, etc. But in order to purchase products, you must register. If you create your profile on Outback Motortek, not only can you order our products as you can also get newsletters on our latest deals and products.

After providing us a few personal details, registration is easy, quick and convenient. It’s important to note that registration, logging in, shopping and browsing go through a so-called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), thus your personal information is guaranteed to stay safe. Also, your personal information shall never be distributed to any third party.

If you cannot confirm your registration after clicking on the link, please contact us. All you have to do is write us an email using the same exact email you’ve tried to register with and we will activate your profile. In this case, please provide us with your personal information that’s required to get you registered.

If you’ve already registered on Outback Motortek but have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgotten Password” link, provide us your email and we will assign you a new password. With this password you can log in to Outback Motortek. The new password can be changed under “My Account” by clicking on “Change your Password”.

Yes, you can. Proceed to “Edit your account information” and you will be able to modify all your personal details but your email, under the “My Account” menu.

We do not take pre-orders. On the product page, you can register to be notified by email whenever a product becomes available.

Tracking information is always sent to the email address supplied during the checkout process. Tracking updates will also be provided via AfterShip or, for international customers, frequent updates are sent via FedEx/TNT (or EMS –Russia only).

You will receive an email with the tracking number automatically and directly by the carrier, once the shipment has been booked.

All orders are sent with the original invoice, stating the value of the goods, including shipping value. Please don’t ask us to put a lower value on the declaration form: this may present issues during the customs clearance process and can heavily delay the delivery of your order or risk of being confiscated.

In case you’ve just added your desired products to the shopping cart but you’re yet to pay, you are able to make changes to your order. Click on your shopping cart and you can change the quantity (-/+) or simply remove (x) any item displayed, individually.

If you would like to change the options (colour, size, etc.) of any of your products, please remove it from the shopping cart, look up the desired product again and choose your preferred options. The updated item will be added to the shopping cart.

If you have already completed your order and wish to change or update something, while the order is still being processed, please contact us.

The products mentioned on our online stores are all we currently offer. If you don’t see a product you’re looking for in our online store, then we don’t have and may not have plans to produce it.

Direct sales: We only offer direct sales to customers in a country where we do NOT have dealers. The list of dealers in said countries can be found here and only they’re authorized to fulfill your order.

Invoices are electronically sent in PDF format as part of every successful order’s confirmation.

Our products are always powder coated, thus we cannot supply paint repair kits.

The powder coat RAL codes are:

. WHITE code is 9003. (Glossy White).
. BLACK code is 9005(Jet Black – matte textured surface).

. Yamaha RED code is 3020.
. Husqvarna BLUE code is 5011.

Yamaha BLUE, Honda, Ducati and GasGas RED and KTM ORANGE don’t have RAL codes because they’re custom made.
